V38: matplot

this new version features matplot, a new addition to the rendering styles of numerical tracks, showing them as curves instead of bar charts. For more details see: http://wiki.wubrowse.org/Matplot. The RepeatMasker track got a face lift, seen in the screenshot, where by default it is shown in "barplot" mode. The bar heights reflect score (Smith-Waterman alignment), colors distinguish one class from another.

Also numerous bug fixes, e.g. bam read sequence display, error while loading methylC track, error with querying KEGG.
