New look of floating toolbox

Above is the new appearance of floating toolbox. First of all, you can hide message console by clicking the X sign on it:

A new button Message ↓ appears. Clicking it will display message console again.

Click button Apps » to show the list of available "Apps":

"Apps" are listed with icon, title and brief description. Click text to launch an App.
