• Why my bam file is not working/displaying on the browser?
  • Please make sure your bam files are sorted, indexed, and the index .bai files need be located at same place with bam files.
• Can Dropbox/Google drive be used to host tracks?
  • Unfortunately no currently. The browser need a direct link to the track file. Users could contact us to host data considering the amount of the data.
