bigBig track was added back since version 41, the program bedToBigBed can be used to convert a bed file to a bigBed format. the program could be download from Kent source tree: http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/admin/exe/linux.x86_64/

submit a bigBed track

  • go to the custom track panel. choose bigBed button

  • fill the URL for bigBed file and track name

  • after click submit button, the bigBed track is displayed

use bigbed track in data hub

  • please use type: bigbed in your track definition of your hub.
